At Softtech Solutions, we deal in genuine software licenses. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchase.
No Refunds
- All software license sales are final and non-refundable once the license key or activation code has been issued.
- We cannot cancel, exchange, or refund software licenses after delivery, as license keys are unique and cannot be reused.
Exceptions
Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the following cases:
- The license key provided is invalid or not working, and the issue is verified by our technical team.
- The customer has made a duplicate payment for the same order.
Trial / Demo Versions
- We strongly recommend that customers make use of the trial versions or product demonstrations (where available) before purchasing, to ensure the software meets their requirements.
